SEC has launched a new edition of Keeping it Legal, the guide to legal forms for social enterprise. Co-authored by solicitors Bates, Wells and Braithwaite, the guide looks at the main issues to consider when setting the rules and regulations that govern your business.
Written for readers with little prior knowledge of legal forms, it will help you think about the major questions you need to ask when developing your organisation, and gives information on all the legal forms available to social enterprises, including the Community Interest Company.
